1 tsp ghee
1 tsp ginger crushed
1 tsp garlic crushed
1½ cup onion chopped lengthwise
4 green chillies finely chopped
½ cup chicken cooked and minced
½ tsp garam masala powder
A few coriander leaves chopped
6 cooked chappati
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Heat the ghee in a pan and saute the ginger, garlic, onion, green chillies and salt.
As the onion turns translucent, add the chicken, garam masala and coriander leaves, stirring all the while.
Pour half cup water and cook till all the water is absorbed.
Arrange a portion of the chicken masala on the chappati lengthwise and roll the chappati like a mat.
Crease a hot griddle and slightly toast the chappatis on all sides. Serve hot.
