Worried what to serve your special guests for dinner? Then impress them with this awesome bread that goes too well with any curry.
½ cup milk
¼ cup oil + enough for frying
1 tsp yeast
3 cups refined flour(maida)
Warm the milk lightly and combine with quarter cup oil, sugar and yeast.
Add the refined flour and salt and knead to dough. If required, dab a little water on the palm while kneading to avoid sticking.
Leave the dough covered for six hours to rise to double the volume.
Now divide the dough to large balls and roll out. Cut each disc to four pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till golden brown.
