Stuffed Tomato

A delicacy that is simple to the core but looks sophisticated; it is the perfect starter for a sunny evening to your elaborate dinner, or the fun snack your kids can sink their teeth into right after school.

Ingredients

15 small tomatoes
1
tbsp oil
2 onions,
finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 piece ginger, finely chopped
3 garlic pods, finely chopped
100gm
crumbled paneer
1
tbsp cashew nuts, finely chopped
1
tbsp raisins, finely chopped
3
tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
Salt, as required

Preparation

Cut the tomato off from the centre and remove all the seeds inside
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add onions, green chillies, ginger, and garlic to it. Saute
well
Add crumbled paneer, cashew nuts, raisins and coriander leaves to the mixture. Remove it from the stove
Fill this mixture into the tomatoes
Have it as a starter or snack
