These uncomplicated, quicktomake paneer rolls are just great.
Oil as required
2 cup paneer, crumbled
½ cup boiled green peas
5 Maggi vegetable cubes, powdered
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped fine
24 bread slices
Heat oil and sauté onions in it till golden brown. Add crumbled paneer, boiled peas, powdered Maggi vegetable cubes and coriander leaves to this and stir fry for a minute. Remove from heat.
Soak a slice of bread in water and sponge out excess water by placing it between your palms. This process should also flatten the bread slice.
Put a tbsp of paneer filling in the middle fold the bread slice and seal the edges.
Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
