Spice your teatime with these elegant paneer pakodas.
200 gm paneer
4 tbsp wheat flour
2 small onions, chopped fine
2 green chillies, chopped fine
A pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
½ tsp garam masala (optional)
Drain out all water from paneer and crumble using your hand.
Now add wheat flour to this little by little.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shape into small balls.
Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.
Spread the pakodas on a paper towel to drain out excess oil.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
