Beef Roast

How would you like a European cuisine-inspired roasted beef made with Worcestershire sauce, but a tad the Indian way? You thought right, it's very interesting!

Ingredients

½ kg beef chunks
1 inch piece ginger, minced
10 garlic pods, minced
1 tbsp pepper powder
Salt, as required
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oil
3 onions, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
4 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tomato, cut into 6 pieces
1 potato cut into 6 pieces

Preparation

Clean the beef and keep it in the freezer for a while. Then, slice it into chunks
Marinate the beef with ginger, garlic, pepper powder, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Keep aside for 2 hours
After that, transfer to the cooker and add some water. Let the meat get cooked well
Take a pan and heat oil in it
Add onions, ginger and green chillies. Saute well
Add the cooked beef along with the water to the pan
When the gravy becomes thick, turn off the stove. Add fried tomatoes and potatoes to the gravy and serve it hot
