2 cups Kashmiri raw rice
1 cup cooked rice
1 1/4 cup tender coconut
1/2 tsp instant yeast
3 dsp sugar
salt to taste
Tender coconut water as required
Soak rice after washing it
Grind soaked rice and ingredients marked under 2
Add required amount of coconut water and mix well.
The dough would swell after three hours
Make Appams after oiling the appam container
Do not swirl the container as you would normally do when making regular appams
Tender coconut appams are ready
