Wedges are quite a hit with the kids, aren't they? So make them more appealing with a neat cheese coating!
1 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp finely sliced celery
1 tbsp finely sliced garlic
1 stalk finely sliced spring onion
Sufficient quantity pepper powder, mustard powder and salt
Rinse and clean potatoes along with skin. Slice each lengthwise. Slice it further into three
Transfer cheese, celery, garlic, spring onion, pepper, mustard and salt into a ziploc bag and add potato slices to it. Shake well and mix.
Take out the potatoes after the cheese mixture has got itself smeared on them
Bake it in preheated oven for half an hour
Poke with a fork in between to check if it has baked
Shave off the remaining cheese mixture in the cover with a spoon and sprinkle over the potatoes and serve
