Peanut butter chocolate cookie cups

These peanut butter chocolate cookie cups, although sounds like a long chain of events, is a simple, delicious dessert, perfect for the Christmas eve.

Ingredients

Butter, to grease cups

3/4 to 1 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup sugar

2/3 cup chocolate chips

2 large eggs

1 tin condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla 

Preparation

Keep oven heated to 350 degrees

Grease 36 small muffin cups with butter

Mix sugar and peanut butter and beat well

Add maida to it and mix to a crumbly consistency. It should be moist

Scoop a tbsp full of the flour and fill the muffin cups. Sprinkle some chocolate chips over it

Beat the egg well. Add condensed milk and vanilla to it and stir. Scoop a little of it and pour into the muffin cups as well

Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. The middle portion should rise

Take out of the oven. Once the middle portion retracts, sprinkle the remainder of the chocolate chips above when still hot
