100g steamed, ripe plantain cut into small round pieces
50g apple, diced small
20g raisins (shallow fried in ghee)
20g cashew nuts (shallow fried in ghee)
2 tsp sugar
3 tsp ghee
2 tsp honey
20g dates, de-seeded
Melt jaggery in an open container until the consistency is such that threads form while pouring it out.
Put cooked plantains into this and mix well.
Take out from flame, add the remaining ingredients and then serve.
Also, keep in mind not to take honey and ghee in equal quantities as it is said to be an incompatible food combination.
