A suger-free cooler, this refreshing mint and lemon juice with the added punch of cardamom and fennel is just the right thing to do when summer heat gets to you.

Ingredients (for one glass)

4-5 cardamom pods

½ tsp fennel seeds

A small bunch of mint leaves

½ lemon, or as required

Preparation

Boil a glass of water in a pan and add the cardamom

Wait until it boils over

Now, grind the fennel seeds with the help of a pestle and mortar

Add to the boiling water along with the mint leaves

Squeeze in the lemon juice

Switch off immediately and let it sit for 2 minutes

drain the liquid into another vessel and refrigerate

A refreshing no-sugar drink is ready
