Salt, as required

Preparation

Add to the sliced mango and grind in a mixer-grinder without adding water

Once the ingredients have blended well, add 2 cups of water and grind again

Strain the liquid into a container

Now put the pulp back into the mixer-grinder, add 3 cups of water and grind once again

Strain the liquid into the container where the first liquid is stored

Notes
