Fish with chilli sauce

A relatively simple and easy-to-make fish recipe that will do just as great be it on a rainy afternoon, or a cosy dinner.

Ingredients

1. 500g Whole fish

2. 1 dsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste

3.1 Cup oil

4.1 dsp Dry Chillies, ground
1 tsp Garlic, minced
3-inch Ginger, ground

5. 3 Ripe Chillies
1 sprig celery minced
1 dsp vinegar
1/2 cup water

6. 1 tsp corn flour mixed in 1 dsp water
Spring onion minced, for garnishing

Preparation

Clean fish, wipe clean and marinate for 30 minutes with salt and lemon juice
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry both sides of the fish well, keep the oil aside
Take a dsp of oil that was used to fry the fish and fry ingredients grouped under '4' in it.
Add ingredients grouped under 5 to this and before it boils, add the fried fish to it
Cook fish evenly on both sides
Add corn flour solution and when the gravy thickens, transfer it to a serving plate
Garnish with spring onion
