Bananas slices fried in fresh butter and in caramelized nutella and rum syrup topped with ice cream.
4 ripe Robusta bananas, sliced
8 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp Nutella
2 tsp butter
1 tbsp rum
Melt the butter and fry the banana pieces in it.
In the same pan, caramelize the sugar. Lower the flame, and add ½ cup water. When the sugar has dissolved completely, add the nutella and mix well.
To this, add the fried bananas and rum and mix well.
While transferring to serving dishes, place banana pieces first, top it with sauce and serve with ice cream, custard or cream.
