Chill the heat with this cool Mexican appetizer!
3 portions tequila/ gin/ rum
2 portions Cointreau
1 portion fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes as required
Twirl the tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Spread salt on a flat plate. Run a slice of lemon on the rim of the cocktail glass and place it over turned on the salt plate. Refrigerate.
Now pour the drink into the cocktail glass, decorate with a slice of lemon and serve.
