Winter's almost gone and the summer is starting to simmer. Hot and spicy dinners might not be the something you would want to go after. Why don't you try out this green-grilled fish recipe? The green herbs and lime juice give it a fresh and tangy feel. Snack on this and we assure that you will not feel like a “meat overdose” at all. Try out this easy recipe today itself. Throw in some oregano if you want to make it spicier.

Ingredients

4 fish fillets

3 cloves of garlic

1 piece of ginger

1 green chili

1 tsp pepper powder

Juice of half a lime

3/4 cups of minced parsley

2 tbsp bread powder

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Salt, as required

1 tbsp oil

Preparation

Clean the fish fillets

Crush garlic, ginger and and green chili together

Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder and the lime juice to the crushed mixture

Apply this on the fish fillets and set aside for half an hour to get marinated

Make the herbs mixture by combining minced parsley, bread powder, Parmesan cheese, salt and remaining pepper powder
