Chicken with veggies

If your partner is craving for some Chinese food, don't worry about running into the nearest fast-food joint or prepping a boring instant noodles kit. It's like the old cooking tradition, flavor it with soy sauce to make any food taste Asian. Some roughly chopped vegetables accompanied by saucy chicken might be a great way to play some knife and fork for the dinner.

Ingredients

3/4 kg chicken

Salt as required

1 tbsp vinegar

2 tsp pepper powder

Oil as required

2 tsp soy sauce

5 cloves of garlic

1 onion, cut into four pieces

1/3 cup celery chopped

1 cup stock

1 tbsp tomato sauce

2 tsp corn flour mixed with 1 tsp water

1 tsp sugar

Preparation

Cook the chicken with salt, vinegar and 1 tsp pepper powder

Heat the oil in a pan, fry the cooked chicken

Add soy sauce and remove from fire

Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic and onions

Add the chopped vegetables and cook

Add the fried chicken to this

Add the corn flour mixture, stock and tomato sauce

Add sugar, salt and pepper according to your taste before turning off the flame
