Fish baked with lots of cheese and served with bacon, the bacon and fish bake is a musttry recipe.
½ kg fish pieces
1 cup white flour
½ cup softened butter
Salt to taste
½ cup grated cheese
4 bacon rashers
Pre heat oven to 180° C.
Combine the white flour, butter, salt and grated cheese and keep aside.
Add enough salt.
Roll the fish pieces in the mix and arrange on a Pyrex dish.
Place the bacon rashers over the fish pieces and bake in the oven for 25 minutes till the fish is done.
